all means send a copy of my letter to the Governor of

Hongkong. I shall be very glad indeed to have a talk

with him on the subject. I expect to be out of town,

however, all next week, but I could see him on the

afternoon of Monday, the 28th, if that would be convenient

to him, or one of the next two following days.
